At Loop Gems, we do not offer refunds for digital products. Since you get immediate access to the files after purchase, it’s not possible to revoke or retrieve them once downloaded. Please double-check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In the rare case that you accidentally buy the same kit twice, just hit us up on Instagram @loopgems, and we’ll sort it out—usually by hooking you up with a different kit free of charge.
